THE APARTMENT
Studio Views is a beautifully appointed studio apartment for up to two guests — light, airy and thoughtfully designed for comfort and independence. A compact space, but with everything you need for a quality stay. The ensuite bedroom has a well-appointed kitchenette and a Smart TV.
The apartment has its own dedicated high-speed WiFi — fast, reliable and ideal for remote working — along with air conditioning and full heating for year-round comfort. Allocated private parking is provided. Accessed via a charming garden bridge, the apartment feels genuinely private and special.
The elevated private terrace serves as your outdoor living room — a spacious lounge and dining area with breathtaking panoramic views. You’ll also find an outdoor sink and washing machine up there — practical, yes, but with views across the valley that make even the washing up worth doing.

THE ESTATE
Guests have shared access to the large saltwater swimming pool and the wider 13,000m² estate — nature trails, permaculture food forest, citrus, avocado, mango, fig and nut trees, wildflowers, handmade stone features and many peaceful spots to sit and enjoy the sweeping views across the Guadalhorce Valley and beyond to Málaga Bay. The estate is partly surrounded by an avocado plantation and olive grove, nestled in the hills in a sought-after location carefully cultivated for your enjoyment and comfort.
The Andalucían Rescue Centre for Horses (ARCH) — featured on television — is just a ten-minute walk away and welcomes visitors on selected Sunday mornings and special events.
