The Garden Apartment offers two ensuite double bedrooms, a spacious lounge and dining area, and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen that flows naturally onto a generous covered terrace. The same contemporary stone-effect tiles run throughout the apartment and onto the terrace, giving a sense of continuity and calm.
The master ensuite bedroom has a king-size double bed with French doors opening directly onto the private terrace, with views towards the whitewashed town of Alhaurín el Grande set against the Sierra de Mijas mountains. The second ensuite bedroom offers the flexibility of a super king-size bed or two singles — ideal for friends or family travelling together. Built into the hillside, it stays naturally cooler in summer and warmer in winter.
The apartment has its own dedicated high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, ceiling fans and full heating — comfortable year-round. Allocated private parking is adjacent to the apartment.

The private covered terrace is a real feature of this apartment — a proper outdoor living space with lounge seating, day bed, dining area and gas barbecue. Beyond the terrace is a private garden area, sectioned off from the wider estate, with rich, mature plant life — a genuinely peaceful outdoor space to sit, read or simply enjoy the Andalucían air.

Guests have shared access to the large saltwater swimming pool and the wider 13,000m² estate — nature trails, permaculture food forest, citrus, avocado, mango, fig and nut trees, wildflowers, handmade stone features and many peaceful spots to sit and enjoy the sweeping views across the Guadalhorce Valley and beyond to Málaga Bay. The estate is partly surrounded by an avocado plantation and olive grove, nestled in the hills in a sought-after location carefully cultivated for your enjoyment and comfort.
The Andalucían Rescue Centre for Horses (ARCH) — featured on television — is just a ten-minute walk away and welcomes visitors on selected Sunday mornings and special events.

Nestled on a hillside between Coín and Alhaurín el Grande in Málaga Province — thirty minutes from Málaga city, Málaga Airport, Marbella and the Costa del Sol. Both towns offer supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, fuel and everyday amenities just ten minutes away.
