Sun, Space and the Best of Andalucía

Most touring bases make you choose: coast or countryside, busy or beautiful, convenient or calm. Cortijo Fruitful Hills doesn’t ask you to choose.
By day, Marbella and the Costa del Sol are within reach. The mountain passes above Ojén are waiting. The white villages of inland Andalucía are there for the taking. And when you’re done, you ride back to countryside views, open air, and a large saltwater pool that earns its place at the end of a long day in the saddle.

Málaga Province is one of the most rewarding regions in Europe for motorcycle touring

The terrain shifts constantly — coastal curves give way to mountain climbs, white towns appear around bends, and the road quality on the key routes is genuinely good.

The Roads That Make This Place Special

The A-355: Marbella – Ojén – Monda – Coín

The standout local road. This route climbs from the coast through Ojén, crests into mountain scenery above Monda, and drops back towards Coín — with bends, elevation, white-town atmosphere and Mediterranean views all in one run. Riding it from Cortijo Fruitful Hills towards Marbella is one of the best ways to start a day. Widely rated as one of the finest motorcycle roads in the Marbella area.

Six Great Rides From the Front Gate…

Classic
Monda, Ojén & Marbella

The A-355 in all its glory. Bends, mountain views, white towns, and the descent to the Mediterranean. Then back up again later in the day.

Culture
Historic Málaga City

The Alcazaba, Gibralfaro, the Roman Theatre, the cathedral, the port and some of the finest tapas in Andalucía. A full-day destination.

Epic
Ronda & the Serranía

A longer day into some of the most dramatic inland scenery in Spain. Ronda is one of Andalucía’s great destination towns — gorge views, old bridge, excellent food.

Mountain
Sierra de las Nieves

A UNESCO Biosphere Reserve on your doorstep. Mountain villages, high passes, and the kind of roads that serious bikers travel specifically to find.

Coast
The Costa del Sol

Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Puerto Banús, Marbella, San Pedro… Beach bars, coastal roads…

Local – Coín & Alhaurín el Grande

Two real Andalusian towns within ten minutes. Fuel, food, coffee, history and everyday local life. No tourist traps — just Spain as it actually is.

One tip from a recent motorbike touring guest: Mumtaz Mahal in Coín — great Indian food, friendly staff and excellent English spoken. A solid choice after a long day in the saddle.

Plus much more…

Recent Guests on the Roads

Road footage filmed by guests during their stay at Cortijo Fruitful Hills — riding out daily to explore the winding roads, mountain passes and stunning landscapes of Andalucía. Motorbikes hired from Aries Mototours And Rentals Malaga.

You are close enough to the main resorts like Marbella, Málaga and Torremolinos to ride out and enjoy the beach and bars — but far enough out to enjoy the sanctuary and quality you offer. The tarmac, the bends and the views are all so stunning. It’s like the straight connections were thrown out and they were left with hundreds of bends to make up the distance.
